I'm actively looking to buy a profitable, owner-operated business in Austin or Central Texas. Industry agnostic — but I'm particularly drawn to light manufacturing, print shops, machine shops, and the kind of gritty, essential operations where the equipment and the people are the real assets. Also open to more traditional ETA industries like HVAC. Businesses that win by showing up — and deserve a next owner who does too.
Austin & Central Texas. I live here, volunteer here, and plan to operate here — in person, not from a dashboard.
Industry agnostic — established operations with recurring revenue and a real team. I'm especially interested in light manufacturing, print shops, machine shops, and traditional ETA trades like HVAC, but I'll look at anything where the owner is ready to hand over the keys to someone who'll show up every day.
SBA 7(a) — the standard, bank-vetted path for small-business purchases. Owners are paid at close; lenders see a documented operator.
